Disneyland California Resident Tickets 2024

Disneyland California resident tickets expired September 28, 2023. We expect they will have a similar offer in 2024.

They offer several different discount tickets, depending if your choices including:

1 Park per day or park hopper ticket: It is cheaper to visit just 1 park per day. If you prefer the park hopper ticket, you can visit both parks (Disneyland and California Adventure) in the same day.
Genie+ Plus option: They also offer the Genie+ option, which allows you to reserve times for popular rides and save time by getting in the Lightening Lane.
Monday - Thursday only vs. Monday - Sunday: Disney offers California resident Disneyland tickets that are good just weekdays Monday - Thursday, or for an additional cost, tickets that are good for most days during the offer period. The weekday tickets are cheaper, but you should also consider which days will work best for you.

My recommendation: Buy 1 park per day tickets, with the Genie+ option. For a 3-day ticket, I recommend 2 days at Disneyland and 1 day at California Adventure.

Each guest age 18+ must have proof of eligible residency for purchase and admission.
No proof of residency is required for children under age 18.
Tickets may be used on nonconsecutive dates.
Blockout dates may apply (e.g. not some tickets are just for weekdays Monday - Thursday).
Valid park reservation also required.

In 2024, these Southern California resident tickets were valid on weekdays from January 2, 2023 through June 2, 2024 for as low as $75 per day with the purchase of a special 3-day So Cal resident ticket. For slightly more, you can purchase tickets that are good any day of the week.

Requirements for Disneyland So Cal Resident Tickets:

Southern California residents within specified zip codes, including 90000 - 93599. These are also good for Baja residents within 21000 - 22999.
Each guest age 18+ must have proof of eligible residency for purchase and admission.
No proof of residency is required for children under age 18.
Tickets may be used on nonconsecutive dates.
Valid park reservation also required.

Annual Passes for So Cal Residents

Disney offers annual passes for Southern California residents. Called the Imagine Key, the annual passes are good for about 147 days of the year at Disneyland California and Disney California Adventure theme parks.

Currently, Disney is only offering renewals for these passes, and is not offering new Imagine Key passes. If you have one, it is a great deal! They are offering new Inspire Key passes, which cost more but offer many additional benefits, including admission on most days.
